Karthi’s Saguni has begun shooting while his wedding talks were on the way. After Siruthai, Karthi has carefully chosen a script narrated to him by Debutant Director Shankar Dayal. Everyone would like to get an early picture of what role Karthi would play.
As of now, the posters suggest that Karthi will play a politician in the film with enough sarcasm. Like Sathyaraj, Karthi will criticize and satirize political administrations. Saguni is a political satire in which the audience will have to keep guessing to know the real nature of Karthi till the end.
GV Prakash Kumar will score the music for Saguni. This will be the second film for Karthi in 2011 which will release in Diwali. Karthi will shoot for the movie quick unlike Aayirathil Oruvan or Paruthiveeran. Saguni will be another effortless quickie for Karthi.
